1) Consultation

Let’s chat first! This is your time to share what you're hoping to create — whether it’s a personal portrait, branding session, or just something fun. We’ll go over the vibe, location, and anything else you’d like to bring into the shoot. Think of this as our mini creative brainstorm to make sure we’re aligned before the camera clicks!

2) Book Your Spot

3) Pricing Transparency

Since each session is unique, prices vary. To make sure you get the best fit, feel free to message me at @thoughtsbyelia before booking — I’m happy to walk you through it!

Here’s pricing just for reference:)

Everything is customizable — from session duration to project timelines. Once we finalize the session type and any add-ons, I’ll send you a personalized quote. You’ll need to accept the quote and complete payment to officially secure your spot. An invoice will be provided for your records!

4) Share Your Vision

Before the shoot, send over your mood board or any inspo pics — this helps me better understand your aesthetic and your vision:) 

5) Preview Gallery

Within 3 business days after our session, you’ll receive access to a Preview Gallery with all your unedited photos. I’ll also include a few edited samples that will help you have an idea of what the final product will look like. On the preview gallery, you will be able to pick your favorites and comment what you would or how you would like it to be edited.

6) Pick Your Faves

Choose your favorite shots from the Preview Gallery for me to edit. You can always purchase additional edits or the full gallery.

7) Final Delivery

Your selected edited photos will be ready within 5 business days — uploaded to the same gallery for you to download 💖 The full Watermarked Gallery will be deleted 5 business days after.
